(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the corrigendum dated 29.12.2024, Annexure P-4, issued by the respondent Department prescribing qualification and experience for the post of Physiotherapist in violation of Haryana Medical Education Department Miscellaneous (Group-B) Service Rules, 1999.

Learned State counsel, on instructions received from the second respondent vide memo dated 13.01.2025, contends that the Department has decided to withdraw the advertisement DMER/MCB/F-18/2024-02/3 as well as the impugned corrigendum qua the post of Physiotherapist due to administrative reasons. Public notice regarding the withdrawal will be published in the newspapers in due course of time. 3.

In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof. 4.
