Present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.357 dated 6.9.2024, under Sections 109(1), 351(2), 308(2), 308(4), 308(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25(1)(a), 25(6), 25(1-B)(c) and 27(2) of Arms Act, 1959, (Sections 111(2)(ii), 111(3), 111(4), 111(6), 317(2), 347(1) and 61(2) of BNS added later on) registered at Police Station Pundri, District Kaithal.

Faced with the situation that the prime prosecution witnesses namely, PW-Rajinder Singh, PW-Mahipal and PW-Rishipal are yet to be examined, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage.
