**** SUKHVINDER KAUR , J. (Oral) The petitioner has sought the relief for anticipatory bail in the criminal case arising out of FIR No.117 dated 07.07.2024 under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 468, 471 of IPC, registered at Police Station Panjokhara, District Ambala.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Kulbir Singh, has apprised the Court that petitioner has not joined the investigation and has not complied with the order dated 12.12.2024. In view of above, interim relief granted vide order dated 12.12.2024 is not being extended and the present petition stands dismissed.
