Counsel for the petitioner submit that they have complied with directions passed by Hob'ble the Chief Justice on 16.12.2024. They further submit that matter stands compromise between the parties.

Counsel for the complainant also does not dispute the aforesaid fact and submit that matter stands resolved between the parties. 4.

State counsel opposes the bail application.

Given above, the present petition is allowed and interim order dated 16.12.2024 is made absolute, subject to further conditions that, in case the petitioner repeats the offence, then State shall file an application for cancellation of bail and if the petitioner violates any of the terms and conditions, then, it shall be permissible for the complainant as well as State to file an application for cancellation of bail.
