/ 0To issue a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of impugned illegal and malafide order of suspension P.A. No. A2 (3) (E9777933)2025, 1/1202711 dated 17.09.2025 (Annexure P1) passed by respondent no. 1 & 2, illegally, unlawfully, arbitrarily and hence wrongful and malafide, totally dehors the rules and in violation of article 311 of the Constitution of India and as such not sustainable in the eyes of law and hence liable to be quashed in Toto;

AND/OR For issuance of writ order or directions specifically for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of impugned order No. DFSSE305 (E3)/1/2021EST3 (253478) /12120090 dated 29.09.2025 (Annexure P9) vide which the respondent no. 2 illegally and unlawfully gave charge of the petitioner to some other person, who is junior and lower in post to the petitioner, though

 the matter in issue was not related to office or to official duties and it was not going affect the official working or work of the petitioner in the office in official capacity:

AND/OR For the issuance of writ order or respondents directions to the specifically in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner with all benefits and on the same post at the same station.

AND/OR For issuance of interim directions to restrain the respondents from taking charge of the petitioner from the post working prior on to which he was issuance of impugned illegal suspension order and also from transferring the station of the petitioner on revocation of Annexure P1, illegal and nonest suspension order; AND/OR To restrain the respondents from commencing proceedings, any departmental the basis on of impugned FIR Annexure P6, which is not falling in the category of moral turpitude and hence warranted in the eyes of law:

AND/OR To call for the records of service of the petitioner with the respondents upto date, along with record of his all ACR's and other record of his work done and anything reported by his immediate officer upto date cover, and to outstanding in a sealed the examine service unblemished record of the petitioner upto date, such and to issue any other directions to the respondents, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstance of this case.
