Keeping in view the fact that compromise has been effected between the parties as the disputed amount has been paid to the complainant; co-accused have already been granted the concession of regular bail by Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.12.2025 passed in CRM-M-67242-2025 (Annexure A-1) whereas coaccused namely, Ashish Kumar has been granted the concession of regular bail vide order dated 12.12.

Therefore, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the instant petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on regular bail on his furnishing requisite bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate/Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned.

Nothing observed herein shall be construed as an opinion on the merits of the main case.
