(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. read with Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, seeking quashing of FIR No.122 dated 17.09.2018 registered under Sections 323, 307, 341, 451, 120-B, 148, 149, 506 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Anandpur Sahib, District Rupnagar, and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom in view of the compromise dated 19.11.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas taken in the present petition at an appropriate stage, during the course of trial.
