(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to order dated 21.10.2024 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Tarn Taran whereby in a proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C., interim maintenance of Rs.7,000/-p.m. (Rs.4,000/-p.m. to respondent No.1-wife and Rs.3,000/-p.m. to respondent No.2- minor child) has been awarded from the date of filing of the application till disposal of the main petition. After arguing for some time, when this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter; learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw present revision petition. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
