The petitioners have approached this Court second time for seeking the same relief. Earlier, they had approached this Court by way of CRM-M-23324-2024, which was dismissed as not pressed by passing the following order:- "After arguing for some time, learned senior counsel for the petitioners does not press the instant petition and seeks liberty to raise all his pleas during the course of arguments before the learned Trial Court.
Dismissed as not pressed with aforesaid liberty. At this stage, a prayer has been made by learned senior counsel for the petitioners for personal exemption of the petitionersaccused during the course of trial. In case any such application is moved before the learned Trial Court, the learned Trial Court shall decide it expeditiously in accordance with provisions of law."
