Since the father of the petitioner has admittedly died on 23.10.2025 and his Bhog ceremony is to be performed on 01.11.2025, this Court finds it appropriate to release the petitioner on interim bail for a limited prayer to perform the rituals. Accordingly, the present petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on interim bail w.e.f. 31.10.2025 till 10.11.2025, subject to his furnishing personal/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned. He is directed to surrender before the jail authorities on 11.11.2025 by 05:00 PM, without fail. 5.
