In the present petition, the challenge is to the impugned order dated 05.03.2024 (Annexure P-1), passed by respondent No. 2-Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench, Chandigarh (herein after referred to as 'the Tribunal'), by which, respondent No.1 has been allowed the benefit of disability pension by rounding off the disability element @ 50% as against 10% from the day after his date of discharge from the service i.e. 01.01.2022 for life.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the question of law raised in the present petition has already been decided by the Co-ordinate Division Bench of this Court while passing the order in CWP No. 20277 of RIYA 2025.09.26 17:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-33933-2024 (O&M) 2025- 'Union of India and others versus No. 1585229 Ex. ACP (HAV) Banta Singh and another'

, whereby, the similar claim of the petitioners qua other similarly situated officers was dismissed. Hence, the present petition may also be disposed of in the same terms and conditions. 3.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case wherein the question of law raised has already been answered by this Court while passing the order in No. 1585229 Ex. ACP (HAV) Banta Singh 's case (supra), hence, the present petition is also dismissed in the same terms and conditions as held in No. 1585229 Ex. ACP (HAV) Banta Singh's case (supra).

Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
