Learned State counsel has produced a copy of the order dated 17.11.2025 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Batala, as per which, the petitioners were granted bail as also their learned counsel states that in compliance to the order dated 31.10.2025 passed by this Court, costs were also paid, in view of which, she states that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
