It is apparent on record that the petitioner's husband along with other employees filed Civil Writ Petition No.12047 of 2015. The petition was disposed of, vide order dated 27.02.2023, with a direction to petitioner no.2 to move representation to the respondents which was to be decided by passing a speaking order in accordance with law. So far as the petitioner's husband, who was petitioner no.1 to the petition is concerned, the petition qua him was dismissed as not pressed on statement made by learned counsel in view of his demise prior thereto.
