(Oral) This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent Department to grant minimum regular pay scale to the petitioner, who is working as Extension Lecturer, at par with her counter part. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the issue raised in the petition already stands decided in the petitioners' favour vide judgment dated 28.11.2023 rendered by this Court in Civil Writ Petition No.1887 of 2019 titled Kalyan Singh and others v. State of Haryana and others. Still, the petitioner's claim has not been considered, nor has her representaion, dated 09.09.2024, Annexure P-6, been decided so far. 3.
