(Oral) The present first petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.171 dated 07.11.2024 registered under Sections 21(C), 21 (A), and where challan was presented under Section 22(C), 21(B), 27 & 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station STF Mohali, District Mohali. 2.

Status report dated 07.12.2025 by way of an affidavit of Harpreet Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Anti-Narcotics Task Force, Bathinda Range, Bathinda has already been filed on behalf of the respondent/State. The same is taken on record. 3.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
