(Oral) The prayer in the petitions under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.24 dated 22.07.2025 under Sections 308(3), 318(4), 36(3), 337, 340 and 61 of BNS and Sections 7, 13(1) and 1(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Section 308(3) was deleted and Sections 316(5) and 338 BNS were added) registered at Police Station Anti Corruption Bureau, District Ambala.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the interim orders dated 01.10.2026 and 30.10.2025 passed by this Court, petitioners have joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioners have joined investigation in terms of orders dated 01.10.2026 and 30.10.2025 and are not required for custodial interrogation. 4.
In this view of the matter, interim orders dated 01.10.2026 and 30.10.2025 are made absolute.

However, the petitioners shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and they shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS. 6.
Petitions stand disposed of.
