SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant criminal revision has been filed against the judgment 07.10.2024 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Fatehabad whereby appeal filed against the judgment/order dated 19.12.2022/20.12.2012 passed by learned JMIC, Fatehabad in complaint case CIS No.NACT 949 of 2017 titled as PACDARB Vs. Satish Kumar under Section 138 of N.I Act, 1881, convicting the petitioner and sentencing him to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of one year and pay a sum of Rs.6,50,000/- as compensation payable to the complainant has been dismissed.

Case has been called twice since morning but none has turned up for the petitioner. Even on the last date of hearing as well, an adjournment was sought on behalf of the petitioner through his associate. In the light fact that none is coming forward on behalf of the petitioner, this Court is left with no doubt that the petitioner does not wish to pursue the present petition any longer.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
