***** KIRTI SINGH, J.(Oral) This petition under Section 528 of BNSS has been filed for directing the official respondents No.2 to 5 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and to conduct fair and proper investigation in complaints dated 09.11.2024 and 29.11.2024 (Annexures P-1 and P-2).

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that petitioner(s) has filed representations dated 09.11.2024 and 29.11.2024 (Annexure P-1 and P-2) with regard to her grievances and he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.4 to look into the matter and decide the said representation.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Gurpartap Singh Bhullar, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent(s)-State and submits that he has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.

In view of the above and without going into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.4- Senior Superintendent of Police, Ludhiana to look into the matter and to decide the complaints dated 09.11.2024 and 29.11.2024 (Annexures P-1 and P-2) expeditiously in accordance with law.
