The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to the respondents to declare his result of application seeking re-evaluation. 2.

The petitioner is claiming that he appeared for 2nd semester exam of 05 years B.Com, LL.B. held in April/May 2024. He was declared fail in all the papers. He applied for re-evaluation, the result of which is still pending.

Mr.Amrinder Singh Sidhu, Advocate submits that grievance of the petitioner would be redressed, if respondents are directed to declare his result of re-evaluation.
