This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 and 3 for immediate arrest of the main culprit namely Shivraj Singh in FIR No. 11 dated 04.09.2025 under Sections 177,197,198,201,409,420 of IPC registered at Police Station Anti Corruption Bureau, Panchkula Haryana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred representation dated 19.09.2025 (Annexure P-10) but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2- Additional Director General of Police, Anti-Corruption Bureau, Panchkula, Haryana to look into his representation dated 19.09.2025 (Annexure P-10) and take appropriate steps at the earliest.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- Additional Director General of Police, Anti-Corruption Bureau, Panchkula, Haryana to take action on the representation dated 19.09.2025 (Annexure P-10) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
