Counsel for the petitioner submits that although he had filed the present petition for interim bail but given the nature of offence(s) and custody period undergone by the petitioner, he is entitled for regular bail. As such, he wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty reserved to him to file fresh seeking regular bail. 3.
