***** KIRTI SINGH, J.(Oral) This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for directing the official respondents No.2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of respondents No.4 to 6. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that petitioner(s) has filed a representation dated 10.12.2024 (Annexure P-1) with regard to her grievances and she would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to look into the matter and decide the said representation. 3.

Notice of motion to the official respondents. 4.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Gurpartap Singh Bhullar, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent(s)-State and submits that he has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.

In view of the above and without going into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar (Mohali) to look into the matter and to decide the representation dated 10.12.2024 (Annexure P-1) expeditiously in accordance with law.
