1. The petitioner seeks issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus seeking release of alleged detenues namely Rihan aged 10 years and Hanshit aged 8 years, who are petitioner's children, who are stated to be illegally confined by respondent No.5 i.e. by the petitioner's wife.

2. It is not in dispute that the Family Court, Sonipat is also seized of the matter wherein certain directions had been issued regarding visitation rights. It will thus be appropriate that the petitioner moves an appropriate application before Family Court itself, in case he has any grievance regarding custody of his children.
