= &" '%/ < 5( "Sir, It is requested that I, xxxx wife of Baljinder Singh alias Prince daughter of Sh.Jaimal Singh am the resident of Beria Mohalla, Dinanagar, District Gurdaspur. (1) That my marriage was solemnized with Baljinder Singh alias Prince son of Sh.Om Parkash resident of village Bhawda according to Sikh rites and rituals on 02.10.2022. On this marriage, my parents had spent beyond their capacity and in the form of Istri Dhan, articles were given to my husband and my in-laws family. But my husband and in-laws family were not happy with the amount spent on the marriage and the dowry articles. After some days of the marriage, they have started taunting me. (2) That for some time, I did not tell anything to my parents and when they started beating me and tried to kill me, then I told everything to my parents that my husband and in-laws family are demanding more dowry, cash amount and car and
when I refuse, then beatings are given to me. (3) That my husband Baljinder Singh has illicit relations with a lady namely Isha, whose husband is called as Deep Fauji and I have seen both of them many times doing obscene activities and I was having the video of both of them together, but my husband has damaged my phone. When I resist my husband for keeping illicit relations with the lady namely Isha, then he beats me very badly and many times, he has tried to kill me. My motherin-law and father-in-law know about all this, but still they support my husband. Many times, my husband gave me beating in the presence of my parents-in-law and has tried to kill me, but still my parents-in-law support my husband.
(4) That about 2 years ago, my husband and inlaws family asked me to bring more dowry, cash amount and car from my parental house and when I refused that my parents cannot give anything more. Then my husband and in-laws family after beating me, threw me out of the house and since then, I am living in my parental house. But my husband and in-laws family did not give me any expenses and nor asked about my well-being. That my brother Rajiv Kumar is doing the business of furniture. My husband gives life threats to my brother Rajiv Kumar. Thus, they can cause loss to the life and property of my brother, themselves or through some other person. If any loss is caused to the life and property of my brother, then my husband and the lady namely Isha would be responsible.
(6) That my husband and in-laws family have misappropriated the dowry articles given by my parents and it is not being given to me for use. I have danger to my life in my in-laws house. Thus, you are requested to take legal action against the members of my in-laws family, (1) Baljinder Singh alias Prince, son of Sh.Om Parkash, (2) Om Parmash, son of not known (3) Sukhwinder Kaur wife of Om Parkash, (4) Isha wife of Deep Fauji, residents of Bhawda, Police station Dinanagar, District Gurdaspur for taunting me, giving beatings, trying to kill, demanding more dowry, cash amount and car and for having illicit relations of my husband with the lady namely Isha and a case be registered and justice be done to me.
