Instant petition has been filed u/s 483 of BNSS, 2023, for grant of regular bail to the petitioner - Vishal alias Fuleri, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Sections 379-B(2), 34 and 411 of IPC, 1860, in FIR No. 128, dated 25.06.2023, registered at Police Station Ajnala, District Amritsar.

On the very outset, learned State counsel informs that since the petitioner, who has filed the present bail petition, has already been acquitted by the learned Trial Court vide judgment dated 30.01.2026, thus, present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such. 3.
