SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 of BNSS is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0054 dated 01.05.2024 under Sections 326,324,323, 148,149 IPC registered at P.S Chatiwind, Amritsar Rural. This Court vide order dated 18.12.2024, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 18.12.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Upon a specific query being put as to whether custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required, learned State counsel submits that nothing is to be recovered and on that count, this Court can easily infer that dismissal of the petition would be unjust and infringing the right of life and liberty of the petitioner as enshrined under Article 21 of the Constitution. In view of the above, the order dated 18.12.2024 is made absolute. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. ( SANDEEP MOUDGIL ) JUDGE 13.01.2025 manoj
