Advocate General, Haryana. **** SHEEL NAGU, CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral) The petitioner has filed this petition for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 53 dated 13.08.2024 under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code and 67-A of the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, registered at Police Station Women, Sirsa, District Sirsa. 2.

The petitioner, who has no criminal antecedents, is in custody since 15.08.2024. The petitioner is alleged with the offences in which maximum punishment is prescribed upto three years and the same are triable by a Magistrate.

In view of the fact that investigation is over and no further custodial interrogation is required, this Court extends the benefit of regular bail to the petitioner subject to his furnishing personal bonds for a sum of Rs.50000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of trial Court/Duty Magistrate.

This order shall also remain subject to the following condition:- i) The petitioner shall plant 10 saplings of indigenous plants at a public place and submit proof in that regard by way of photographs before the concerned trial Court within a period of 15 days and if there is no such intimation submitted or intimation is found to be incorrect, then the State can move an application for cancellation of his bail.
