(Oral) This is second petition under Section 483 BNSS for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.54 dated 12.03.2024, under Sections 376(3), 450 and 506 of IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 registered at Police Station Matlauda, District Panipat.

Custody certificate and status report dated 06.08.2024 filed by learned State counsel are taken on record. As per the DNA report dated 30.07.2025 annexed as Annexure R-5 with the said status report, the DNA profile of the accused has matched with that obtained from the exhibits involved in the alleged occurrence.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
