1. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, but without commenting anything as regards the veracity of the averments made in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sri Muktsar Sahib, to get representation stated to have been posted on 02.09.2024 (Annexure P-4) examined fairly and expeditiously.

2.
