(Oral) This is the second petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.02 dated 07.01.2025, under Section 22C of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, (Sections 27-B and 29 of the NDPS Act added later on), registered at Police Station Sadar Jalalabad, District Fazilka.

CRM-M-61164-2026 (O&M) -2Team (SIT), to look into the allegations vide its order dated 29.09.2025 passed in the matter of Neelam Rani Vs. State of Punjab, CRM-M-330002025. Thereafter, a status report had been filed by the SIT. Counsel for the petitioner has been confronted with the findings of the investigation conducted by the Special Investigation Team (SIT). Counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant application at this stage and seeks withdrawal of the same. Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
