The prayer in the present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of directions to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and restraining the respondent No.4 not to take any illegal action to humiliate the petitioner. 2.

The learned State counsel, at the very outset, submits that Boota Singh, against whom the allegations have been levelled, has been transferred from Police Station, City Rampura on 11.09.2025. 4.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
