*** NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS 2023 is for issuance of directions to respondent No. 2 to get the fair and impartial investigation conducted in the FIR No. 125 dated 24.07.2024 registered under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 at Police Station Civil Lines, Gurugram, District Gurugram (Annexure P- 1) from some senior police official. Learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant submits that despite the fact that above said FIR was registered as far back as on 24.07.2024, no action is being taken in the matter. The respondent No.4 is on bail and is still running a Spa Centre where illegal business of prostitution is being carried out in the guise of spa. It is submitted that in respect of the same, the petitioner has also filed a complaint dated 09.10.

2024 (Annexure P-3) to the Police Commissioner, Haryana Police, Gurugram, for taking legal action against respondent No.4/owner and respondent No.5/receptionist of the said spa. DIVYANSHI 2024.12.

CRM-M-63279-2024 (O&M) - 2Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Rajesh, submits that investigation in the present case is complete, whereupon challan has been filed on 24.10.2024 against respondents No. 4 and 5; and the matter is now fixed before the learned trial Court for framing of charges on 10.01.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the State, no further direction is required to be issued in the matter, and the petition may be disposed of. Ordered accordingly.
