***** HARSH BUNGER J. (Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for setting aside the show cause notice dated 08.10.2025 (Annexure P-4) issued by respondent No.2 - Deputy Commissioner, Sirsa. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner, at the outset, submits that he has instructions to withdraw the instant writ petition; accordingly, he may be permitted to do so.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
