The present petition has been filed in the year 2024, but the Registry raised some objections. However, learned counsel/party has neither bothered to remove the raised objections, nor taken back the papers. As per Rule IX Chapter I, Part-A, Volume V, Punjab & Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the petition, on which the objections have been raised by the Registry is to be taken back by the counsel/party, who filed it and refile the same after removal of such objections within a total period of 40 days. 2.

Today also, no one is present on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, no further order is required to be passed. The file be consigned to the record.
