(Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of prohibition restraining the respondents from terminating the petitioner's service as Mali, who is working as such in Government College, Chhachhrauli, Yamuna Nagar, since 01.01.2013.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Ever since filing of the petition, learned counsel representing him has been taking adjournments on one pretext or the other. Resultantly, the matter was so adjourned on 16.12.2024, 09.01.2025, 16.01.2025, 30.01.2025 and 03.02.2025. 3.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, contends that the petitioner was initially engaged in the College as Mali through an outsourcing agency, later he gave a request through the agency to port his services as Chowkidar.
