Present petition has been filed by the petitioner namely Arjan Lodhi, aged about 32 years, for seeking grant of concession of prearrest bail in case bearing FIR No.228, dated 16.08.2024, under Sections 21(b)/22 of NDPS Act, 1985, and Section 29 added later on, registered at Police Station Phillaur, District Jalandhar Rural. 2.

On the very outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been arrested, although after filing of the present petition.

Thus, in view of the statement made by counsel for the petitioner, present petition stands disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
