(Oral) This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.5 to comply with mandatory provisions of Section 66 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 by convening an effective meeting of Zila Parishad, Bhiwani for proper conduct of business. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the meeting regarding which the prayer was made in the instant writ petition already stands conducted on 06.02.2025, accordingly, he submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
