ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J.(Oral) Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner, inter-alia, submits that the impugned order has been passed on 30.09.2025 (Annexure P-1), although on 24.09.2025 the case had been adjourned to 31.10.2025. He, YAG DUTT 2025.10.31 11:33 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP No.32158 of 2025 -2therefore, submits that the date of hearing has been preponed without any notice or opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. He has referred to the zimni orders at Annexure P-18.

Issue notice to respondents No.1 to 3 only.

Mr. Abhinav Sood, Additional Standing Counsel, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2 and Mr. Ranjan Lohan, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.3. 4.

Mr. Amit Jhanji, Senior Advocate, Senior Standing Counsel, submits that the impugned order shall be withdrawn and a fresh order would be passed after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondent No.4.

At this stage, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be afforded a reasonable opportunity of filing a reply before he is heard in the matter.

In view of the statement of the Senior Standing Counsel, the grievance of the petitioner appears to have been substantially redressed. The petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall file his reply to the show-cause notice within a period of one week from now. He shall be personally heard in the matter on 10.11.2025 and thereafter a speaking order would be passed by respondent No.2 in accordance with law.
