***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Even though, the reply has been filed, but however, the counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection, if the transfer application is accepted and the petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act i.e. HMA/549/2024 titled "Vikas v/s Priya, is transferred from Jhajjar to Jind.
Considering the submission made aforesaid and also taking into consideration the fact of the minor son, born from the wedlock of the parties to be in the care and custody of the applicant as well as respondent having proceeded against ex parte in the petition under Section 144 of Bhartiya Nagarik Surkasha Sanhita, which is pending in the courts at Jind and also considering the fact of the petition under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, to be already pending in the courts at Jind and is being pursued by the respondent, the transfer application is allowed and the petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act i.e. HMA/549/2024 Sonu 2025.08.28 18:39 I agree to specified portions of this document P&HHC
TA-1621-2024 titled "Vikas v/s Priya, filed by the respondent/husband, stands transferred from the Family Court, Jhajjar to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Jind. The requisite record of the aforesaid case be sent by the Family Court, Jhajjar to the District and Sessions Judge, Jind. Learned District and Sessions Judge, Jind shall assign the said petition to the Family Court, Jind. Even, the parties are directed to appear before the Family Court, Jind, within a period of one month from today onwards.
