In the present writ petition, petitioner is praying for issuance of a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion from the post of Driver to Yard Master w.e.f. 04.02.2025. 2.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, she will be satisfied, if a direction is given to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 07.07.2025 (Annexure P5) submitted by the petitioner, in a time bound manner.
