Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, but without commenting anything as regards merits of the case or as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.3 - Superintendent of Police, Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar to look into the matter and to ensure that the investigation pertaining to FIR No.144, dated 14.6.2024 registered at Police Station Radaur, District Yamuna Nagar, under Sections 119, 120-B, 166, 167, 34, 379, 403, 406, 408, 409, 417, 418, 420, 423, 426, 427, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471, 474, 477-A, 506 of Indian Penal Code is got investigated fairly and expeditiously, so that a final report under Section 193 BNSS. is submitted thereafter at the earliest.
