This petition for pre-arrest bail is the first petition filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of 'the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023'. It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.57 dated 19.06.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Section(s) 118(1), 118(2), 115(2), 49 and 303(2) of 'the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023' Police Station Kabarwala, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab. Vide order dated 14.11.2025 the petitioner was admitted to interim anticipatory bail, subject to the condition of furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of arresting officer. It was also directed that the petitioner shall join the investigation.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in compliance with order dated 14.11.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State counsel, on instructions from 'ASI Rajdavinder Singh', has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation, and that for further investigation of this case his custodial interrogation is not required.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions and the fact that the petitioner has already join the investigation, the order dated 14.11.2025, granting interim anticipatory bail to him, is hereby made absolute.
