In the present writ petition, petitioner has challenged the order dated 12.06.2025 (Annexure P13) passed by respondent No.3 whereby, the claim of the petitioner for appointment on the post of Anganwadi Worker of Village Panje Ke Hitthar, Center No.1, has been rejected. Petitioner has also challenged the orders passed in the First Appeal filed by the petitioner dated 24/25.06.2025 (Annexure P14) and Second Appeal dated 17.09.2025 (Annexure P17). 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the appellate authorities have not taken into consideration the contention raised by the petitioner in the appeal. Therefore, the impugned orders are liable to be set aside.

CWP-32511-2025   Sahai, submits that as per the impugned order dated 17.09.2025 (Annexure P17) petitioner has an alternate efficacious remedy available of filing third appeal before the Committee and as such, the present writ petition cannot be entertained.

A perusal of the impugned order 17.09.2025 (Annexure P17) would show that the there is a remedy of third appeal available to the petitioner.

In view of the above said fact that efficacious remedy of third appeal is available to the petitioner, this petition is hereby disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy of filing third appeal before the Committee in terms of the impugned order dated 17.09.2025 (Annexure P17). If such an appeal is preferred, the respondents are directed to decide the same within a period of one month from the date of filing of such appeal.
