The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for issuance of direction to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to hand over investigation into case bearing FIR No.104 dated 02.06.2024 registered under Sections 324, 506, 148 and 149 IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Lopoke, District Amritsar Rural to conduct proper and fair investigation by some independent agency. 2.

The petitioner is stated to be involved in cross case bearing above mentioned FIR. However, it is further contended that the police is not investigating the case in fair and proper manner and is biased with the complainant side only. Learned counsel for the petitioner further contends that he would be satisfied in case his representation dated 27.08.2024 (Annexure P5) be decided in a time bound manner.
