(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.43 dated 28.02.2024, registered under Sections 120B, 268, 285, 286, 379, 427, 440 read with 34 IPC, Sections 7 and 6 of the Essential Commodities Act, Section 15 of Petroleum & Pipeline Act, Sections 3 & 4 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act and Sections 3 & 4 of Motor Spirit & High Speed Diesel Order 1998, at Police Station Rampura, District Rewari.

After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage. Allowed to do so.
