, -./ The present petition has been filed seeking directions to respondent No.2 to protect the life & liberty of petitioners and to restrain the private respondents No.5 and 6 and their other family members from harassing the petitioners.

On being confronted with the fact that there is no cogent evidence on the basis whereof the threat may be deemed as real and any such direction may be issued, Counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage so as to file fresh petition, as and when a real cause of action accrues.
