  Prayer in the present petition is for directing respondents No.1 to 4 to get the investigation conducted in fair and impartial manner in case bearing DDR No. 33 dated 20.06.2025 for offence(s) under Sections 118(2), 115(1), 119 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Bhikhiwind, Tarn Taran, either from the independent agency or the investigation be supervised by some senior IPS or PPS rank officer.
