The instant second petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.314 dated 08.11.2023 under Section 34/302 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act (Section 120B,201,419,420 IPC and Section 34 of IPC deleted later on) registered at P.S Rampura, District Rewari.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant the relief, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
