The prayer in the present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for the issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members and to conduct an expeditious and impartial probe in the complaint dated 10.12.2024 (Annexure P-7).

None has appeared for the petitioner on second call. 3.
The learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner is a sibling of the private respondents and there is a property dispute between the parties. An FIR has been registered against the petitioner as well. The complaint lodged by the petitioner has been found to be bereft of any merit.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
