Dated Police StaƟon SecƟons 06.04.2018 Majitha, District Amritsar Rural 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC Seeking quashing of FIR capƟoned above, the peƟƟoners have come up before this Court under SecƟon 528 BNSS, 2023. 2.

State counsel submits that the present peƟƟon is not maintainable as peƟƟoner No.2 is a proclaimed person and he has to surrender first. 3.

On a query from the Court, counsel for the peƟƟoners submits that peƟƟoner No.2 is currently in Australia. As such, the present peƟƟon is not maintainable for the reason that peƟƟoner No.2 is a proclaimed offender and secondly, quashing of FIR parƟally based on compromise is a debatable quesƟon. 4.

Counsel for respondent No.2 submits that he has no objecƟon if FIR as well as order of PO are quashed.

Given above, the present peƟƟon is disposed of being not maintainable with liberty reserved to file fresh one. All pending applicaƟons, if any also stands disposed.
